Maejo University International College
Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, President of Maejo University, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Winitra Leelapattana and Dr. Suthira Sitthikun, Associate Deans of the International College, met with Maejo University students currently studying at Guangxi University of Foreign Languages (GUFL), China, under the international academic collaboration program.
During the visit, the administrators had the opportunity to follow up the ECP students who study at GUFL for their academic progress. The students have demonstrated significant improvement in their Chinese language proficiency, and some have also begun their internship placements with partner enterprises.
On this occasion, the team also met with Maejo University alumni who graduated from the program and are now successfully advancing in their professional careers.

The International College, Maejo University, organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony in collaboration with ECHO Asia Impact Center to strengthen international cooperation in academics, research, and sustainable development.On May 28, 2026, at LC 5, International College, Maejo University, the International College officially held the MOU Signing Ceremony with ECHO Asia Impact Center. The event was attended by university administrators, faculty members, staff, and representatives from both organizations.On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rapeephun Dangtungee, Dean of the International College, Maejo University, delivered the welcome remarks and highlighted the importance of academic collaboration and international networking in supporting sustainable educational and social development.In addition, Mr. Patrick Trail shared the vision and future collaborative directions between the two organizations. Dr. Prakash Murgeppa Bhuyar also delivered a presentation on sustainable development approaches and future opportunities for knowledge exchange and joint activities.The signing ceremony marked another significant milestone in strengthening the partnership between the two institutions while promoting academic cooperation, research collaboration, capacity building, and international community engagement for a more sustainable future.
