On this occasion, Mr. Worrathorn Songnithakul, General Manager of the resort, together with his team, warmly welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Winitra Leelapattana, Associate Dean of the International College at Maejo University, as well as Professor Dr. Yevvon Yi-Chi Chang, Director of the International Business Administration Program, and Assistant Professor Dr. Shirley Kuo, Course Instructor from the Department of Hospitality Management at Tunghai University.

During the visit, the participants gained insights into hotel operations, service management, and various factors affecting the hospitality business. The program offered a valuable opportunity to learn from real-world practices, exchange ideas on cross-cultural service design, and engage in hands-on training through practical butler simulation activities.

The visit provided both knowledge and meaningful on-site experience, strengthening understanding of the hospitality industry in a real working environment.

Maejo University Holds a Ceremony to Offer Best Wishes on the Occasion of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s Birthday Anniversary – June 3, 2026

On Thursday, May 28, 2026,Associate Professor Dr. Rapeephun Dangtungee, Dean of the International College; Assistant Professor Dr. Winitra Leelapattana and Dr. Suthira Sitthikun, Associate Deans of the International College; Mr. Warunsiri Sujinda, Director of the Dean’s Office, International College; and Dr. Watcharanan Thongma, lecturer of the International College, participated in signing the book of well-wishes in honor of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana on the occasion of Her Majesty’s birthday anniversary on June 3, 2026.The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, President of Maejo University, who led the offering of floral tributes and incense candles before the portrait of Her Majesty the Queen and delivered a message of felicitations. University executives, faculty members, staff, students of Maejo University, members of the Maejo Alumni Association, and representatives from various government agencies also joined in signing the book of well-wishes as an expression of loyalty and gratitude to the monarchy.The ceremony was held at the Phae Phuet Building, Maejo University.

International College, Maejo University Strengthens Global Partnership through MOU Signing Ceremony with ECHO Asia Impact Center

The International College, Maejo University, organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony in collaboration with ECHO Asia Impact Center to strengthen international cooperation in academics, research, and sustainable development.On May 28, 2026, at LC 5, International College, Maejo University, the International College officially held the MOU Signing Ceremony with ECHO Asia Impact Center. The event was attended by university administrators, faculty members, staff, and representatives from both organizations.On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rapeephun Dangtungee, Dean of the International College, Maejo University, delivered the welcome remarks and highlighted the importance of academic collaboration and international networking in supporting sustainable educational and social development.In addition, Mr. Patrick Trail shared the vision and future collaborative directions between the two organizations. Dr. Prakash Murgeppa Bhuyar also delivered a presentation on sustainable development approaches and future opportunities for knowledge exchange and joint activities.The signing ceremony marked another significant milestone in strengthening the partnership between the two institutions while promoting academic cooperation, research collaboration, capacity building, and international community engagement for a more sustainable future.
